Oh I’d win this for my parents–they love Farscape! I’m not really into sci-fi anymore but when I was growing up we watched a lot of Star Trek 🙂

    Holy shit, nice prize.

While I love Farscape, my all-time favorite sci-fi and all-time favorite television show is The X-Files. Hands down the greatest thing that has ever graced the television screen.

All-time favorite? It’s hard, I am a huge sci-fi fan. Despite my passion for Ron Moore’s Battlestar Galactica, I have to go with Star Trek as my all-time favorite. I think it’s because of Star Trek that most the other stuff I like even made it to production.

Farscape was neglected by the network and cancelled too soon.

    Another X-Files fan here!

I’d like to say Battlestar Galactica b/c it introduced me to the genre & was absolutely riveting in the beginning. Post New Caprica, however, I grew increasingly dismayed with the aimless storylines. Angels, really? So, I’ll go w/ Firefly, perfect throughout it’s abrupt run. Serenity proved that Whedon, unlike Moore, had at least some forethought.

This Farscape collection is actually on my stepdad’s list of things he wants for Christmas this year . Fingers crossed that I will win this for him!

    I like X-Files best.

    Happy Holidays.

Great, tough, question. My all time favorite sci-fi series is Farscape, followed very closely by DS9. Seasons 4-7 of DS9 were pure gold, imo. Farscape, on the whole, is the best though.
