Supernatural – In this clever, fan-pleasing installment, a hitman goes after Balthazar, Sam and Dean, and to protect the Winchester brothers, Balthazar sends them to an alternate universe, where they’re the stars of a TV show called Supernatural and they’re actors named Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki.
3PM | ABC
General Hospital – Before he hosts the Oscars this weekend, James Franco returns (today and Feb. 28) as performance artist “Franco,” who stirs up some more trouble for Jason.
7PM | CARTOON NETWORK
Hall of Game Awards – Tony Hawk hosts the inaugural sports awards show, which includes appearances by Ryan Sheckler, Nelly, Terrell Owens, Monica and Venus Williams, and awards in categories like “Dynamic Duo,” “Super Siblings,” In It to Win It” and “Gnarliest Newb.”

Supernanny – Jo helps a New Jersey policeman and his wife, who are trying to juggle jobs and disciplining their four-year-old triplets and an 11-year-old son.

CSI: NY – She may have been nutty, but when the CSIs investigate the murder of a conspiracy theory-obsessed woman, they discover some of her ideas weren’t so far-fetched.

Fringe – Last season’s Peter flashback episode gets a companion this season with tonight’s ep, which delves into the backstory of Olivia, Peter and Walter.

Blue Bloods – Erin’s daughter Nicky gets freaked out when she goes on a ride-along with her Uncle Danny and sees the body of a murdered young woman.
10PM | STARZ – 1ST SEASON FINALE
Spartacus: Gods of the Arena – The season ends as the arena is set to open, Batiatus is set to get his revenge and blood is set to fly.

Portlandia – The mayor wants to woo a major league baseball team to Portlandia, so he asks Fred and Carrie to help.
11PM | STARZ – SNEAK PEEK PREVIEW
Camelot – The official, two-hour debut is April 1, but tonight Starz airs the first episode of its fresh spin on the story of Merlin (Joseph Fiennes), Arthur (Jamie Campbell Bower), Guinevere (Tamsin Egerton) and Morgan (Eva Green).
Worth flipping to during commercials:
– Gordo visits a Boston restaurant on Kitchen Nightmares (8PM, Fox);
– Clark and Lois have their bachelor and bachelorette parties on Smallville (8PM, The CW), and, well, they end with Clark thinking he stole an armored truck;
– Sex and the City star Kim Cattrall digs into her family history on Who Do You Think You Are? (8PM, NBC);
– Tonight’s nuptials on My Big Redneck Wedding (8:30PM, CMT) feature an albino snake, a tricycle and a cake made out of blocks of cheese (really);
– Drew’s friends try to talk him out of dating Bianca on Degrassi (9PM, TeenNick);
– The Injustice Files (9PM, ID) investigates the 1965 murders of a pair of Louisiana deputies;
– A patient (The Wire‘s Sonja Sohn) is called to Bar Karma (10PM, Current) in the middle of her surgery (!) and finds out how her operation is going to turn out;
– It’s the second season premiere of DC Cupcakes on TLC (10PM).
