As the events of season eight start to unfold, Jack promises Kim (Elisha Cuthbert) that he won't get caught up in the action; he will meet her at the airport to go off and start his new life in L.A. But Jack's kid knows he can't resist a good opportunity to save the world and has finally seemed to accept the fact that Jack is always gonna be Jack.
