– And tonight in primetime: Merry Madagascar (8PM ET, NBC) reunites the entire cast of the Madagascar movies, as they try to help an injury-plagued Santa and get themselves back to the Big Apple; The Prisoner remake miniseries wraps with back-to-back episodes (8 and 9PM, AMC); Ryan recruits people to help take on the Visitors on V (8PM, ABC); The Big Gunn, a.k.a. Tim Gunn, helps The Biggest Loser (8:30PM, NBC) contestants with makeovers; She’s back, and not a moment too soon to save this lame remake from itself: Heather Locklear brings Amanda Woodward to the new Melrose Place (9PM, The CW); John Mayer is live in concert on Fuse (9PM), as he celebrates the release of his new CD Battle Studies with a performance at the Beacon Theater in NYC (I’m so there); Just when SAMCRO averted the disaster of Jax leaving the club, another drama pops up: Opie finds out Tig’s secret on Sons of Anarchy (10PM, FX); and on The Hills (10Pm, MTV), Jayde and Kristin throw down when Jayde decides she wants to get back together with Brody.
